►I did not need a lot of customer service support from TripMasters as i booked only hotels and flights through the website. HOwever, i did enjoyed the process and had spoke to you all a couple of times and i would recommend the agency.

Windrose Hotel in Rome was small but clean and fun spirited. Breakfast was great. Staff was super nice.

Hotel Amalfi was outstanding. The location can't be beat and the room was super nice. Room was a little small but to be expected in the downtown area it was in. Breakfast was great! Staff was super nice.

Dimora Fornillo was great. We loved the simple yet spacious rooms. The staff was very accomodating. The view was outstanding. The walk up and down the hill could be challenging for persons not 100% physically capable.

Hotel Rivage was good. We liked the room, bar, service, common areas. the balcony was less than impressive.

Air Canada was great. They provided good meals and drinks at no charge. Baggage was no charge. Flights were on time and planes seemed clean with modern entertainment hubs on the backs of the chairs.

►The prices & customization through tripmaster was great! I'll definitely be using the service again.

A 2-hour layover through Paris ended up not being enough time to get through passport control--we ended up having to beg them to let us on the plane (we were literally the last to board, they had already closed boarding).

The hotels we booked in Italy (Hotel Doria & NapoliTiAmo) were excellent choices. The staff at both locations was wonderful and we couldn't have been happier.

The tripmasters documentation also prepared us for the taxes we had to pay onsite for the hotels which was appreciated.

The car rental went smoothly, also, though it was a little hard to find "dollar" car rental at the rental agency (it was looped in with Hertz).

It was a great trip!

►Best hotels were the Mascagni in Rome (our second time staying there we liked it so much) and Hotel Villa Garden near Sorrento which was outstanding as well.
Most of our flights were fine, but Alitalia is a poor substitute for Delta. Would try not to fly with them again.

►You guys did nothing wrong. Air France is really terrible and ruined a large part of our trip. They lost our bags and lied about when they would arrive. This caused us to not be able to leave our hotel for hours at a time and miss out on a lot of our honeymoon. It was very disappointing. Your services however all came through and we will definitely use you again.

►Our vacation was amazing. Tripmasters was outstanding. I would not recommend the hotel in amalfi coast. But otherwise the trip was perfect.

►The car rental drop off at Naples was terribly hard to find. We nearly missed our flight because we were scrambling to find gas and the drop off spot. It would be a great value add if Tripmasters noticed the time of our flight (early morning) and highlighted where we can drop off our car.

►We had a wonderful experience with this company. The ability to design your own itenerary and the pricing was the lowest we found. The descriptions of the hotels we selected were spot on and we had no issues with any of our reservations.

►Website was easy to use and explore different options for the trip. The hotels met or exceeded the expectations we had when we booked. Prices were great.

Delta Airlines - although the airline needs some massive upgrades to its technology and processes, they manage to offer good service to customers which helps make them a preferred airline in my opinion.

Alitalia - was not impressed with this airline. Although I have low expectations on airplane food, Alitalia still managed fall short of those expectations. Service on the flight was poor, uninformative and borderline unfriendly. They somehow managed to make airplane seats even more uncomfortable by installing awkwardly large headrests that made it impossible to sit with a normal posture.

Smart Hotel - great spot that offers excellent value for the price. Breakfast was very solid. Room was clean and comfortable even though some features were not well designed.

Best Western Art Deco Hotel - nice hotel. Not in a tourist area which worked well for what we wanted. Style was cleverly old-fashioned. Only real complaint was that room was about 85 degrees when we got there and the heater was still on. Had to sleep with windows open to keep it at reasonable temp.
