►The trip was wonderful. We stayed in Florence, Rome, & Amalfi. The hotels in Florence & Amalfi were satisfactory. The hotel in Rome did not meet our standards (hotel itself, room, size, location; service was fine). Transportation and activities were pleasant.

►We were very pleased with the hotels - very clean, good locations, nice staff. A little distance from the major sites but we actually liked that we were out of the crowds.

Very tight layover in Paris - almost didn`t make it. Would suggest longer layover to allow more time to go through passport control.

Only disappointment was the rental car. We took the train to Rome and had a 2 night stay until 6/2. When booked, we said we needed car on Friday, 6/2 - 6/6 (4 nights). Didn`t look at the dates on the voucher and assumed we were to pick up car on final day in Rome to drive to Amalfi Coast. When we were looking at voucher night before to figure out pick up time, we realized you had scheduled for 5/31-6/5 (6 days). We used your 24/7 online chat and were informed that since we didn`t pick it up, our reservations had been forfeited. The online chat rep was able to get us a car. But we spent a long time with online chat to get the reservation changed. This was not our mistake since we specified 6/2 pickup. And we were charged for 6 nights? We would appreciate a response to this, especially considering any extra charges.

Our Observations: We recommend to review your booking order carefully and in detail during the booking process. Some services might be applicable to additional fees in cases of revisions or cancellations after the final confirmation!

We will always put forth our best efforts to help our customers should any issues arise while abroad. We do have a dedicated customer service team who work on such cases and liaise with the customer and supplier accordingly to achieve a positive outcome.

►Travel itinerary was very simple to follow, hotels were fantastic at each location that we stopped (did not stick us in any of the "bad rooms" or rooms that didn't have a view), and trip was very affordable. Friends and family were surprised at how cheap our 10 day Italy trip turned out to be through European Vacations.

►My fiancee and I booked international flights, hotels, trains and rental cars for our 10 day trip to Italy this past week. We absolutely loved our experience, and European Destinations made it so easy. Our flights were planned perfectly, our hotels were wonderful (we compared the ratings on European Destinations to those on Trip Advisor to be sure we were picking good ones), and the train and car could not have worked out more smoothly.
