►Hotels: All were as advertised and all hotel front desk were excellent with services and providing helpful information.

Flights: The flights actually went smoother than expected and airport security was operated very efficiently at all locations. Flight crews were very friendly and helpful.

Transfers: Absolutely awesome! Both service providers (Prague and Ljubljana) were beyond expectations. The drivers were highly professional in both appearance and service. Both drivers were extremely polite, friendly, and humorous - we had a great time conversing with them! The transfer vehicles were of the highest standard - modern, clean, and spotless.

Trains: We new in advance the trains in Eastern Europe were not expected to equate to those in Western Europe. That said, the coaches were all clean with comfortable seating. The unfortunate drawback to the whole train experience was the severe lack of adequate air conditioning - all trains were stifling! Every train ride was like a rolling sauna. The situation was only exacerbated by the regional heat wave occurring at the time. However, it must be noted all conductors and various border personnel were all very professional.
