►Customer info needs to be provided to the hotel staff. Upon my arrival to Split, the hotel was dark and closed due to no hot water available. The management tried for numerous hours to get a hold of me and tried calling Expedia to obtain a phone number or email. There was no customer info left anywhere for the hotel to relay the closure information.
