►We used Trip Master for flights and two hotels in different locations for the six of us travelling together to and throughout Germany. After searching the web site for various options to meet our requirements and then calling to chat with an agent we were able to plan and book the route we wanted to take. We were very pleased with everything and with the assistance of the Trip Master travel agents when our flights were delayed and connecting flights had to be rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions in Atlanta. We were impressed with your follow up and assistance in helping us from Munich! Everyone at both hotels were extremely friendly and accommodating. It was the trip of a lifetime that our family had been hoping to take together for many, many years!

To help with the planning process, I would suggest that your web site provide only the hotels that are truly available at the time of your travel. I had attempted to select different hotels at first but was told later that they were not available and needed to select others.
