►Scandia in Stockholm was wonderful! Staff great and breakfast great. Skt. Anne Hotel in Copenhagen was exceptional. Staff went above and beyond and room was wonderful.

►It was unusually hot in Stockholm and Copenhagen. Our hotels were fabulous but did not have air conditioning. This could be s real problem for some people. You may want to make a note to consider air conditioning with summer travel in Europe.

Travel Tip -
Did you know that in Europe AC is a luxury, not a standard? Many hotels do have it but only run it during certain months of the year. We always recommend talking to hotel management in these cases, many times they are happy to oblige. Our website also takes into account these situations whenever possible and we do our absolute best to include AC information in all our properties, especially northern Europe where it is uncommon.

►Hotels and flight are good, the only thing unsatisfied are transfer. The transfer from Stockholm to hotel bus transfer the guy never show up, the train from Stockholm to Copenhagen is broken down just outside the stockholm it took two hours to transfer to a new train. total loss time is about 5 hours.

Our Observations:
We strongly recommend for our customers to purchase travel insurance to alleviate some of the stress associated with any such unforeseen situations. Filing a claim is very easy, and can be done online or via phone. Claims need to be filed within 90 days of the departure date.
