►The hotel in Berlin was not very good, I wish I had chosen a different hotel in a different location. The hotel in Nuremberg had a good location but the service in the hotel was sub-par. My biggest gripe with tripmasters is for train transportation they provide two choices: morning or afternoon train. I chose morning train and some of the trains booked for me were between 6:00am - 7:00am. This time is too early and very inconvenient. I had to call tripmasters to rebook the train late in the morning or early afternoon. Since my train tickets could not be modified I had to pay again for them. I suggest tripmasters should provide time slots to choose for train times and I should be able to choose more than one time slot. I really like late mornings or early afternoon for train departure times but there is no way to choose this in the current options provided.

►this is the first time I used TripMasters, and I will definitely use it routinely from now on. It was easy to select hotels on the website, and there were no problems during the trip: all hotels and flights had all the proper information. The human TM travel agent found good train tickets for intercity travel.
My only dissatisfaction is the inconvenience of flying out of Berlin, but of course TM has no control over that. Also, my flights were ticketed as Lufthansa, but all the flights were actually on United Airlines...so it was confusing to try to set up a new frequent flyer program through Lufthansa when I could have actually used my United frequent flyer account that I had already.
