►We flew Delta, which is our preference. All of the flights were on-time and very comfortable.

The Adina Hotel in Nuremberg was ideally located in the city center, and very nice. The rooms were clean and much bigger than is normal in Europe, which made for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it.

The Kings Hotel First Class in Munich was not a new Experience, as I have stayed there a number of times in the past few years. It is a warm and friendly hotel that is about 5 minutes walk from the main train station, and 10 minutes from the entrance to the city center. Heartily recommended.

►Flights went without a hitch, the European airlines seemed to be of a higher caliber. The hotels although older hotels we had to remind ourselves where the hotels were located but overall all they were very good.

Customer service at Tripmasters was also good, calling them with help was easy and it felt like I was being taken care of like the more expensive travel agency's.

I will definitely continue to use Tripmaster and let my friends know the great deals you offer.

►Everything was quite good, and we have used your services for 5 years with fine results.

Our only complaint was that the air travel had one connection each (both directions). I realize you probably have non-stop flights (which we have always had in the past), but I suppose they are more expensive - our choice ultimately, but VERY inconvenient.

Specially the "BA" flights going to Europe (which were actually flown by AA). In BOTH segments, although there were a number of 3 seats together, AA chose to seat us each in 3 different parts of the plane. TOTALLY unnecessary (but I suppose, AA would like us to spring for more $$ to get three seats together. In both cases we checked in 3 hours prior to flight. Oh, and checking in thru your app was simply not possible (loading, pls wait......loading, pls wait......loading, pls wait......)

►Leipzig hotel had no air conditioning and was right on the street near busses and trolleys. It was a cheaper hotel that was below the recommended threshold of 85 rating if I remember so I just should have listened to the recommendation better.

Our Observations:

We offer accommodations that range from 3 to 5 stars. We also limit the number of hotels we sell so that most of them are basically central and in the city for major cities. Our clients are also able to book their hotels based on the neighborhood it is located. They can also use other filters such as ratings, stars, price, and location. We also have a map when you are in the hotel selection phase of the booking process. Our clients can click on the map and this will come up with the hotels available in that city. Our clients can filter there again and even pick the hotel you want based off of proximity to one of the points of interest. We also have a number of hotels that we have listed as recommended hotels, which all score above 85 on TrustYou. Travelers who take advantage of being able to select their own hotels have the opportunity to select whether they would prefer Room Only (cheaper option) or Bed and Breakfast. At this screen, Travelers are also able to upgrade the type of the room they would prefer to stay in. Of course, some properties do not have the ability to provide different options if they don't have the room types available.

►The staff should have more knowledge about locations of affiliated car rental services before booking. We were going to book a car rental but when I asked the associate, we were told that we would only know after booking. It would be nice to know the car rental's proximity to the hotel you are trying to book before booking and not after. The hotel description shouldn't be based on the hotel's website. I believe that it should be based on the customers. The last hotel that we stayed at was so filthy with bugs and flies in it. I would have paid more rather than stay at Ibis hotel, which we had a very good experience before from a different counrty. Also, a discount wouldn't hurt since we had been using your service for years.

Our Observations:

We do understand how it is important to have all information available to you so that you can made a decision based on this. The way we take care of car rentals is that you can select a downtown or airport location for pick up and drop off. If downtown is chosen, we will then chose the closest location to the hotel. We also have to take into account whether your desired hotel is available at the time of reservation. There are a few factors as to why it is more difficult to disclose this information before the booking has been completed.

We always strongly suggest to read all hotel reviews written by previous customers before deciding upon a hotel choice. We certainly can recognize how it can be disappointing when a property does not meet up to your expectations. Selecting a recommended hotel is something we also suggest. Our recommended hotels list is determined by a score from customer reviews and our team based on location, rating and value. They are typically scored at an 85 or above on Trustyou, but it is dependent of on the destination at hand. Since some smaller cities do not have an abundance of hotels; therefore a recommended may have a score lower than 85. Generally speaking, they will also be in a better location, more centrally located, and will offer a higher and larger standard of accommodation. Your feedback is very important to us, and the experiences you have whilst on vacation. Please know that we do track all of our customers' comments in order to better the products and services we offer. We will be passing this information along to our Hotel Selection Review Team for further evaluation

We certainly do recognize and value our repeat customers. We haven't yet instituted a reward type program as our rates are low. We plan on looking into a program for repeat clients and or referrals. The more we book the lower the costs stay as we pass on our savings to our customer.
