►Overall, we were very pleased with Tripmasters. The hotels were good and located in great locations near the tourist attractions and right in the middle of the city.
There were more Airport transfers than we wanted. One airline went bankrupt right before we left, but Tripmasters was able to get us rescheduled on another flight. Unfortunately that flight left two hours earlier and arrived two hours later and included an unscheduled layover that really cut into our expected time in Berlin, more or less requiring that our last day in Berlin was pretty much spent at the airport. This was not Tripmasters fault and I appreciate the fact that you were able to get us rescheduled, just turned out to be a bit of a bummer!
The originally scheduled air transportation was great...no issues.
The only issue with the hotels was that when we first chose them, we were under the impression that breakfast was included, when, in fact it was not. You could be a little more clear on the website exactly what is and is not included when the hotel is booked. Both hotels had restaurants in the building and we could have added daily breakfast at the hotel so was not a big issue.

We do offer Room Only and Bed and Breakfast room rates. This is to accommodate high-end and budget-friendly travelers. Some travelers may also prefer Room Only so as to take in some of the local scenery by starting the day off at a local cafe or bistro. Our system will choose a default option first, which is typically the most cost-effective and may not include breakfast however you are able to upgrade to a more suitable alternative. Whether your selected rate includes breakfast is noted in the booking process during the hotel selection portion and on your travel voucher once your reservation has been made.
