►Hotel room at Europaischer Hof in Munich was smaller than we expected and the hotel quality was little lower than our expectations. Otherwise it was OK and at a good location.
The train from MUnich to Zurich was good, but we tried to change it to an earlier time (we reached Zurich at 11PM, when the hotel front desk was closed) and we could not change it. They said it wa one of the saver tickets and cannot be changed. It would be useful if that was mentioned in our reservation anywhere.
All the flight, going into Munich and coming back from Zurich were good.

►My flight from Atlanta to Charlotte was delayed due to maintenance issues and the weather so I missed my connecting flight to Munich. I called TripMasters for help, and honestly, your team was not very helpful and told me my best bet was to call the airline directly for help. The airline also lost my luggage and I did not receive it for 4 days. Overall, the trip was not a good experience, and TripMasters was not helpful and did not help me navigate the process of getting on a differet flight or tracking my luggage. I had to keep calling the airline and being put on hold, and I would think if I am using a travel agency, the travel agency would help.
