►Brussels-Hotel Van Bell was decent and the staffs are helpful. But the location is in a shady area and it's unsafe to walk at night.
Bruges-Hotel Weinebrugge was way out of the city center and can be reach by taxi only. No public transportations. The breakfast was the worse out of the three hotel we stayed and the tea pots were all dirty. They didn't even bother to rinse them before putting them back in service. SHOULD NOT RECOOMEND.
Luxembourg- Park Inn. The best out of all three. Convenient location, short walk from the train station and short walk to the bus and tram stops. Friendly and helpful staffs.
I trusted Tripmasters' hotel recommendation and only 1 out of 3 hit the mark. Please do some research before recommending.
Air Canada had a long delay due to mechanical issue (toilet won't flush) and we missed our connection flight from Montreal to Brussels.

►Our flights went off smoothly. Our plane leaving Brussels for home was delayed, but we were notified via text early in the morning, so we were prepared for it. We flew on a combination of Delta and KLM planes. The Delta planes seemed to have more room and were more comfortable. Generally, both airlines were great and what one should expect in basic economy.
We stayed in 4 hotels. Bryghia Hotel in Bruges. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was built in the 1500's, so as one might expect, the rooms were small and there was no air conditioning. There was a lift, so that was nice. We rented a car, and there was parking very near, for free in a handicapped spot, we brought my California Handicapped Placard and printed out EU handicapped signs in the local language, and had a pretty easy time finding handicapped parking most of the places we went. The market square was a few minutes walk away. Though we would have liked air conditioning, we were happy with this hotel.
We stayed 4 nights in the Mabi City Centre hotel in Maastrict. Again, we were happy with this hotel. the room was comfortable and air conditioned. There were complementary bottles of water in a fridge near the elevator. Our room was not ready at check in, and they gave us free drinks in the lobby while we waited the 15 minutes or so for it to get ready. Also steps away from the Market Square. Parking was in garage pretty close by, but our most expensive of the trip ($25 per night)
We stayed 4 nights at the Grand Hotel Cravat in Luxembourg City. The room was large and a bit tired. Great Location, right next door to the Notre Dame Cathedral and a short walk to the square, the Ducal Palace and other sites in the city. Staff was helpful and pleasant. No air conditioning, and it was warm, but they did have a fan in the room and that made it quite comfortable. We were able to park right across the street from the hotel, for free, in a handicapped place.
In Brussels, we stayed 3 nights at the Yadoya Hotel. This was the most comfortable room. I use a cane, and they gave us a ADA room on the ground floor. The room was large, air conditioned and had the most comfortable beds of the trip. This hotel was farthest from the happening area. It looked like a 25-30 minute walk to the Grand Place, so we did not attempt to walk. We were able to park right outside the hotel in a handicapped place.
This is our third trip with Tripmasters. We have been very happy with whole process. Before the trip, I have having problems printing out the vouchers, and called, and the helpful staff, emailed me the vouchers. We also love the tripmasters app.
Thanks for a great trip!
Tahirih P.

►The Tripmasters app was amazing for the first few days of my vacation. Something happened and it stopped even opening for the last 4-5 full days. That was very inconvenient as it was a very helpful app. I would figured stuff out on my own but would have really appreciated that to be functioning properly. Hotel selections were great as well as the flights. I would highly recommend traveling with Tripmasters again

►Wow, I don`t know how this company does it, unbelievable. This is the third time my wife & I have used using your services and each time it has passed all of our expectations. Hotels in Brussels and Luxembourg were top notch not to mention the service was fantastic, hotel in Zurich was good and service was great for not having to upgrade, all three were were very well located within walking distance to all the sights including train stations which made it very easy to get to and from the airports and anywhere we wanted to go outside of the cities. Transportation by train from Brussels to Luxembourg was very easy and nice, all of our flights went well and and couldn`t be timed any better (little tight though with our connecting flight from Zurich to Amsterdam to Salt Lake).Your website is the best, very user friendly, I have used other websites just to compare the same vacation packages where it gets really confusing and difficult to understand to put a package together, with yours its click the dates, cities and days in each city. Very simple and easy to use. Your services are outstanding and we have enjoyed booking our vacations through you where we will once again continue to to book through you along with letting everyone know your company is the only one to book through.
Thanks Again, Tripmasters & Eroupean Destanations
