►This was our 13th trip booked with European Destinations. Everything was in place as it should be. The only issue that we have encountered is on occasion a hotel has changed names( 2 different trips), the reservations were good, but we learned to take a picture of the hotel along just in case. It also is helpful locating smaller hotels with equally small signs.
The hotels have all been as stated. As part of our preparations we cross check the hotel ratings and amenities on other sites as well.
The only website change I would like is the ability to fly into a city and not have to spend the first night there. On the few occasions we have had to deal with customer service, they have been extremely helpful and courteous.

Our Observations:

The information regarding the products and services that we offer comes directly from our suppliers. That said, we do track all of our customers` comments in order to look further into any changes or issues that may have occurred along the way.
Our travel packages are fully customizable to fit each traveler`s needs. Customers can choose to filter their flight selection on our website by direct flights, number of stopovers, airline carrier and so on. It is also possible to look further into flight itineraries, and look into different departure and arrival times, layover times, airport preferences. Travelers can use these options to create longer layovers in different cities, as preferred. For additional assistance in booking, we do have a 24/7 customer service team available.
