►I am 99% satisfied with everything you provided with this service. Everything was smooth and so easy to coordinate on your website.

The only downfall to the entire vacation was Navigator Apartments in Krakow Poland. This place should not be on your list of hotels. It felt unsafe and was not at all near the quality of any other hotels you supplied us with.

Aside from that tiny hiccup everything else from train tickets to excursions and all other hotels for our vacation perfectly.

Our Observations:

We suggest for our customers to book one of our Favorite properties. Our Favorite properties are typically scored at an 85 or above on the site Trustyou, determined by a score from customer reviews and our team, based on location, rating and value. They generally offer a higher standard of accommodation and are more centrally located.
That said, we do track all of our customers` comments in order to better the products and services that we offer and, in turn, the travel experience that we provide.

►I loved the ease of using the website and how every part of my trip was able to be customized! Pretty much everything was as planned during the trip. The few small issues didn't have anything to do with TripMasters, but rather changes on the part of the vendors. I absolutely loved the App and all the useful information that was there! I have already recommended Tripmasters to friends and will continue to do so. I will also use Tripmasters for future travel!

►Our trip to Zagreb, Budapest, Krakow, and Prague went so smoothly with Tripmasters! Since I was unfamiliar with your organization, I was a little nervous about booking with you. But you were great! All four hotels were wonderful. All the transportation schedules, both airline and train, also went smoothly.

One thing that we would change was due to our own choice of train travel between cities. Dealing with our too-bulky and heavy luggage was very tiring and stressful for us when we had to navigate train stations, especially multi-levels. Next time--car travel!

I hope to book another trip with Tripmasters in the future, and will be quick to recommend you to others! Thank you again for helping us to have a fun vacation.

►I would strongly suggest that you not use the Navigator apartments in Budapest. It was very difficult to find . There was a dingy recessed doorway to an optical shop and several doorbells on the wall with NO indication of where the rooms were. Luckily, a man leaving the building told me the receptionist area was 3 blocks away. I walked there, dragging my luggage, and here was STILL no signs of the receptionist. I finally entered another hotel door and lo and behold it was also the Navigator receptionist. Very confusing. And then the room was very shabby! I would also suggest that you use another hotel in Zagreb because NO ONE knew where the BEST WESTERN was located. It's way out in the boonies and confusing and difficult to reach. It was nice hotel but remote. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and all four cities I visited were beautiful!
