►System upgrade between the time I booked and took the vacation and could no longer access my itinerary detail. CS did provide me details but I was still unable to access (several weeks later) before departure.
Titanic Gendarmenmakt Hotel in Berlin met and exceeded expectations! Safe, clean, great location, and well appointed hotel. The onsite spa was excellent.
Hotel de France in Vienna is starting to show its wear. Safe and clean; however, mattress and pillows were well worn and should have been replaced well before now. Hotel does not have a restaurant open during dinner hours and was less centrally located than anticipated.
