►Of course we chose our own hotels and we were very pleased with all of them. We went to Venice, Florence, Rome, Positano, and Naples. The accommodations were clean, the staff at each hotel were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was good. Once I received my itinerary, I emailed each hotel to see if they had our reservation and correct type of room. All of the hotels emailed back with confirmation. We also booked two trains through Tripmasters and it went off without a hitch. The train stations were close to the hotels (we chose that purposefully when booking the hotel) and easy to figure out. The trains were also nice and comfortable. Our plane tickets and flights were on time and as comfortable as you can be in economy. If you can afford the upgrade, it may be worth it. Overall, my experience with Tripmasters was excellent and I will definitely use them again.

►All the hotels were fine but the Conca D`Or in Positano was really special. The view was magnificent, but the helpfulness, thoughtfulness and attitudes of the staff from top to bottom were really special.
