►Our trip was wonderful. Ist time we haven't done all the transportation, hotels and flights ourselves. We were a
little concerned about how this would turn out.

The hotels were wonderful. The Caravaggio hotel in Florence was in a great location. Within walking distance of the rail and bus stations as well as most of the sights we were interested in. The proprietors we're welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was very good for a buffet breakfast. Rooms were clean and well maintained. We would stay here again.. The Gardea hotel in,Venice, was nice again, in a wonderful location close to rail, bus and water transport. Rooms wer exceptionally clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast could be eaten in a very nice walled garden. Location, location, location!!!!!!

It's the first time we have used vouchers for train transportation. It worked great. The local train tickets could be used anytime in the morning which was good for flexibility. The fast train was ticket for a certain time which was good since we traveled on a Sunday and were insured. Seat. We would take advantage of this again.

I think the only problem we had is air transportation. The Delta and KlM flights were what was expected. The flights were on time and our connections traveling to Italy were easily made. Our return flights were totally thrown off because of an hour and a half departure delay by Alitalia. Because it was the first flight of the day leaving from Venice we were unable to make my of our return connections. We wound up overnighting at the Best Western at the airport. We are still wondering where our luggage is. I would not recommend Alitilia.

Even though our return to the States was not smooth we would still recommend your site to travelers. Trip planning was easy, the staff at trip masters very helpful and we think the price of the package was very good. If we had not run into problems on the return the trip would have been perfect.
