►The hotels selected by Carla were very good -- exactly what we were seeking for this trip. The activities we selected through Tripmasters were all very good and accurately described. The only issue we had was with baggage fees charged by Air Berlin which we felt were excessive. Tripmasters graciously refunded half of these fees to us. Our luggage did not arrive with us on our return flight to Philadelphia which we attribute to the short time between our flight from Stockholm and our flight to the US from Frankfurt. The luggage did arrive the next day by courier to our home. All in all we were highly satisfied with the services provided by Tripmasters and will likely use it again for our travel needs in the future.

►I feel that AIR BERLIN ripped me off on flight from Berlin to Vienna. They charged me 60 Euros to transport my suitcase on flight # AB8408 [ Sunday 10/16 ] because they said my suitcase weighed over 15 Kilos. When I weighed the suitcase plus a few very small items at airport in Vienna on 10/20 right before returning back home, the suitcase actually weighed 14.6 Kilos. I want my money back ! I will NOT have good word of mouth advertisement for AIR BERLIN. The plane was as AIRBUS A320 so placing the unit in an overhead inside the plane would not have been a problem. I have no complaints on European Destination ! I would certainly recommend you to anyone !
