►Both locations for our stay was in the NH brand of Hotels. The staff in each location was very nice and accommodating. The only thing I could fault were the beds in the Amsterdam hotel were pretty hard. I like the website, because it provides an ease of access to put together trips or see what is on sale or what others have been booking. I really appreciated the mobile app being available at the time of the trip, it was handy to have.!!! I recommend the site to my friends and will continue to use the service whenever we plan a trip. Thank you!! I think the only problem with our trip was the use of KLM airline again. Each time we use them... they ALWAYS lose one of our bags, it's getting to be a running joke. I do wish, that if we go back to Amsterdam that the offer to stay in the Sir Albert brand hotels was still available.

►Everything was exactally as planned, absolutely no problems! All activities and transportation were excellent, hotels were clean, safe and staff friendly, in good locations. Crowe Plaza was way above the bar in customer service.
