►HI! ... it was greatly unfortunate that you`ve given us the room that we got ... had we been given an advise / warning / chance / etc., we`d certainly opted for a room ahead of us ... anyhow, the access to Old Town was great ... we might (or we might not) use your services in the future ... all of that that shall depend on the practicalities, as we end up with the plans for our [next] trip ... getting to the hotel services desk was unexpected and quite irregular, although we are o.k. therewith, considering the circumstances ... again, we appreciate your services, THANKS! ... Our Observations:

We suggest for our customers to book one of our Favorite properties. Our Favorite properties are typically scored at an 85 or above on the site Trustyou, determined by a score from customer reviews and our team, based on location, rating and value. They generally offer a higher standard of accommodation and are more centrally located.
The room granted to you within the property will depend on the hotel`s availability at the time.
Our system will choose a default property first, which is typically the most cost-effective, however you are able to look through other alternatives that may better suit your needs and preferences. That said, we do track all of our customers` comments in order to better the products and services that we offer.

►We had a wonderful trip that we booked through Tripmasters! I will definitely be using your website again in the future! The only thing that I would have changed would have been the "hotel" that we used while in Krakow, Poland. We booked the Navigator Apartments. It was in a building that was not kept up. The entrance to the building was dirty and not well lit. I was actually a little scared entering the building going to the apartment. I feel that this "hotel" was not even a 3 star. I would classify it as a 2 star at the most. I would recommend removing it from your list of options on where to stay in Krakow. We stayed at 4 star hotels in the other cities we visited. They were great! When we book through you again, I will only book 4 stars. Our flights were great! Delta is definitely the way to go when flying to Europe!

Our Observations:

The star rating system itself is developed by each country. A 4 star hotel you would find in the US and in Europe would show some distinct variables. This is why we like to use the site TrustYou, to determine how hotels may be viewed by all types of travelers.
We do track all of our customers` comments in order to better the products and services that we offer, and, in turn, the travel experience that we provide.
Our customers can also choose to filter their hotel selection on our website by price, proximity to points of interest, star rating, and more.

►Everything was just as the website and vouchers said it would be!

►Flights, transfer, and hotel were fine. For the tour that was supposed to pick me up at the hotel, I had to go to another hotel to meet them. Not clearly communicated to me when & where to meet them. I received contradictory instructions and had to contact you to chase down an answer for me. No way for me to communicate with the tour company directly (via email). I had to wait until I was in country and have the hotel make a call the day before the tour to get the actual details.

Some tours do not have pick up available for all hotels. We do try to make sure that our customers' pick up location is as close as possible to their designated hotel.
