►There is only one thing that I like to complain about it (it is not your fault), which is Viator cancelled my tour to Cesky Krumlov the last minute so I couldn't have time to book another one on that day. Maybe you can say something to Viator. Another suggestion is that it will be better if there is more instruction on the train ticket from Prague to Budapest, such as hours on the train, and if ticket need to redeem or not. Other than that, everything went smoothly. We had great time and you did excellent job for booking everything. I'll definitely recommend to friends & families, which I did it already.

►You could give additional information on hotels so we could make an informed choice on where to stay and better know what to expect. Our hotel in Budapest was too far away from everything. Detailed information on public transportation would also be helpful.

►It would have been helpful to know that vegan food request for airline went through. I was informed that no vegan food is available, so I prepped my food. Coming back airplane, vegan food was assigned to my seat. For train, I wish I'd known what's expected beforehand. I didn't know seat was strictly assigned, and not reclinable. Tips from taking trains etc. may be helpful? When one of my flights canceled, the rep assisted me patiently. I'm very grateful! This company is overall great and I highly recommend to others. I can't wait to book other trip with you soon!

►We were very satisfied with the Hotels and Transfers. Both hotels were very nice especially Budapest. All staff was helpful and pleasant. The transfers worked perfectly and were fantastic. The Train Voucher was entirely in Czech and was hard to understand. We paid for a First Class Upgrade, but the car we were assigned to was not attached to the train. We were squeezed into coach. Due to this there was a lot of chaos boarding the train, not only for us but for everyone and our party was not able to all sit together. When we went to return home from Budapest we had problems with Aer Lingus. We had a party of 8. As you do not book for parties that large my ex wife booked for 4 and I booked for 4. We did not have checked bags and were only using carryons. The party of 4 booked by my ex wife was able to bring their carryons on board, but the party of four booked by myself were told that carryons were not included and we would have to check our bags. Since both parties were booked the exact same way and we were on the phone together during booking and booked at the exact same time this does not make any sense. Also we were able to bring all of the carryons on when traveling from JFK to Prague. Then Aer Lingus lost my wifes bag which should have been a carry on in the first place. As of this date the bag has not been located.
