►This is the second time I use your services. The first part of the trip through one local Agency in Turkey went well because it was one provider. The second part of our trip to Egypt was not so good, everyday we were booked with different Agencies and we lost one day of tour because the Agency was a no show. It would be a lot easier if all the tours would be taken through the same agency because then you have the same contact information instead of having multiple people contacting you while on the trip. I only had 4 days in Egypt and I lost 1 day, which was really a mayor disappointment.

►Tour should have been for 12 days. It was very compact and saw so many sites in so little time. I was hoping to have time for going to the beach also, but that wan not part of the tour.. we were getting to the hotel room late in the evening and had to leave early in the morning for the next destination..

►There were two things we didn't like. 1st was that we had to pay over $250 for an additional night because our flight had arrived after 12am. I don't believe that is a fare practice. If you know the time the flight was to arrive, the additional night should have been included. The 2nd was the driver that picked us up that night didn't speak a word of english and his vehicle was old, so we were afraid because we didn't know where we were headed. Other than that, all hotels were great. Our guide and driver during our trip were respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Activities were great as well.

►The hotels were excellent. All services were delivered as expected. They were very punctual which was appreciated. I would have liked to have other places to visit, although I know this is not your doing, but the tour company in Turkey. Maybe this is something you can look into for future clients.

►Booking notifications extremelly poor. When inquired about hotel confirmations, Tripmasters was unable to say anything as it was a pass-through of Neon Travel. No one new about TripMasters during the trip. Neon Travel did an okay job with the hotels, meals, and tours, but I would never have hired directly, they are a tourist mill... which is not what I purchased for the premium I paid for. Extremelly long bus rides was not confirmed until two days before of the trip. If I knew in advance as I asked TripMasters help desk I would have re-booked this trip. Offered roadSide lunch option was very poor. Cappadocia balloon ride: TripMasters/Neon was $120/person higher than what I paid.

►Everything was beyond our expectations, especially all services offered by the local tour provider!
