The trip was wonderful! The schedule allocated enough time to visit each city while enabling us to cover many cities in Italy. Hotels were good too providing unique experiences yet reasonably located. Two things that would have been better are our return flight schedule and direction to the car rental place. But overall, it was wonderful - all information including flights, hotels, trains and a rental car was supplied in timely fashion.

We had a great experience with our Trip that we booked through European Destinations.
From the start we had excellent assistance with our booking and questions from the European Destinations emyployees. Everyone was fast and curtious with their help.
All the hotels we stayed at during our Vacation were in very good condition and provided good service.
Overall we were very satisfied with our first experience with European Destinations and look forward to our next adventure.

Everything with European Destinations was absolutely wonderful.The Duke was absolutely wonderful, and all other hotels also had great concierge service.

Would maybe warn people about hotels charging A LOT for garages and that Venice requires ferry service, as we had additional fees we didn`t budget for.

We worked with Rebecca Delima at European Destinations to book our 2 week trip to Italy. She was very thorough, prompt and accommodating. We had some special needs and requests which some companies do not allow. Such as we planned to spend several days, in the middle of our trip, at a friend`s home. This was not a problem. We also stayed at one hotel not offered through European Destinations, again this was not a problem. We booked that stay ourselves. We also flew into one airport and departed via another airport. Generally, such a request is not allowed or cost extra. Similarly, we were able to book pick up of a rental car in one city and return in another city. Our whole trip was booked and confirmed in one evening. Rebecca sent confirmation emails promptly. The cost was lower than other competing websites were able to offer and those other websites did not allow all of our special requests.
Our airport transport was prompt, very helpful and courteous. The 5 star hotels we booked were centrally located, clean, quiet and the staff were knowledgeable and available. We ate some fabulous restaurants on hotel staff recommendations.
We had no problems or difficulties renting a car. We even arrived before they re-opened for the afternoon and they let us in and processed our rental so we could begin our journey.
The airline flights were well timed. Simply, it was a perfect trip resulting from a perfect experience with European Destinations.
