Hello European Destinations,

Our trip to Italy was wonderful. We thank you for making it happen and have been touting your service to all our friends. We will use you again for three key reasons. First, your website makes planning the trip very easy. We especially liked the manner in which hotel options could be explored. I am happy that I was able to book airfare, hotels, train and car rental in a manner that took us logically through the trip planning process. It was easy to keep track of a multi-stop trip and not have the wrong hotel date (as I did on a trip to the Netherlands one year).

The second reason is that every destination had our reservation and there were no problems. Everything was paid for, except city taxes, as you had clearly noted on the certificates. We were secure in the knowledge that our next destination had been properly reserved.

The third reason was the price. We got the plane, train, car rental, hotels, and breakfasts all in one package at a price not too much more than some of the plane ticket prices we were seeing. That made the trip possible.

5 - Rome - Florence

The vacation was terrific! Everyone at European Destinations were very helpful throughout the process of booking. We did 2 tours in Rome and two in Florence, all of which were fantastic. Bypassing the long lines at the Vatican (Easter week) and having a small private tour at the Uffizi Gallery in Florence were great perks with booking the tours which I actually contemplated not doing in the beginning (no brainer as I see it now). I did some shopping around before booking with European Destinations who provided us with the most bang for the buck. I love Europe, and am already saving for the next trip.

We had a wonderful trip: Florence, Cinqueterre, and Pisa were all fabulous. Our European Destinations agent, Rizalinda, was extremely helpful, both in setting up the initial trip arrangements and then lending her help when we experienced a glitch with a missed flight connection due to bad weather.
