When we had a flight cancellation from Marrakesh to Paris, you worked with me to reschedule everything and then called back to check and be sure we were still pleased. I have spoken with several of your reps and they were all helpful and patient. This is the 2nd time we have used your site and I will recommend you to everyone I know. ►Experience was extremely positive. Everything went as expected.
My only comment and area of improvement would be in the number of bed selection possibility. We required 2 separate beds and the website had no way to indicate that when we purchased the trip. There was confusion and in two of the hotel locations we booked through TripMasters, they didn't have that option or it costs us an additional fee.
All in all, a great trip!

Our Observations: During our booking process in the hotel selection, the hotels will display the room according to its own availability. Bedding (number of beds in room and size of beds) is not guaranteed and subject to hotel availability at time of check-in.
Typically, a Double Standard room would indicate the availability of 1 bed and the Twin Standard would indicate 2 beds. Some properties might not show this availability and will accommodate a maximum of 2 adults per room.
The special requests will be sent to the hotels but these subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
