►I found everything about Trip Masters to be extraordinary. Your ease in booking and help in travel was exceptional. You didn't miss a beat and I would definitely use you again. Hotels were good EXCEPT the Hotel Fron in Iceland is NOT what it advertises. I chose it because we were renting a car and it advertised as having some parking facilities and we could reserve a parking spot prior to our arrival. I repeat -- this is why I chose that hotel. Well, they did not have ANY parking available and we had to park on the street blocks and blocks away. We could never find a spot nearby and when hauling luggage, that was extremely difficult! They simply told us, no they did not ever have parking and everyone else who schlepped up and down hills on cobblestones came in asking the same thing! The hotel location was ideal but the room was only average. I don't recall the star rating when I booked but I would not give it more than a 2.5 or 3 star rating.
