⚠ Announcement

►All Hotels were clean and close to the main attractions which we enjoyed very much. Only negative was transfers to and from the airport and hotels were a little difficult but managed to get through it.

►We have used Tripmasters in the past without issues but this time transportation was indeed a huge issue. We had 4 legs..first stockholm then copenhagen, oslo and bergen. There was NO information whatsoever about getting from airports to the hotel and we had to repeatedly reach out independently to the hotels for that information (Comfort Inn in Oslo was non responsive). At some only taxis were the option and from Oslo the taxi ride was over $100 one way. Then YOU ALL booked us on a flight to Bergen from a different airport 2.5 hours away without any communication nor any transportation. We didn't realize this until it was too late and all services were closed so we were stranded at the Oslo airport (after yet again another $100 cab ride) and had no choice but to book our own flight to bergen as cheaply as possible (because Wideroe doesn't even open until later in the morning!) which cost us an additional $649 to get us there at the same time. This was a horrible experience! As travel agents this should have never been scheduled like this.

►We used two hotels arranged by Trip Masters. Both were very acceptable and convenient to where we wanted to be. Transportation was good, although one of the flights was cancelled at the last minute (while we were in the airport security line) and we had to make alternate arrangements on our own. This was NOT Trip Master's fault. We were completely satisfied with all arrangements made and will definitely use Trip Masters again. A+ Thank you

Our Observations:

Last minute cancellations are possible due to many reasons. Therefore, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case a similar situation may arise during your trip. If you purchase travel insurance, and you are delayed or worse you may be able to file a claim for losses or added expenses.

►The hotel booked for Balestrand, Norway, was actually located in Dragsvik. The hotel was wonderful, but transportation between Balestrand and Dragsvik was very limited during this period (a little before the main tourist season). Consequently, we had to walk around the fjord to get to Balestrand--about 1 1/2 hours. The walk was lovely, but some of the party wanted bus service which was not available.

Our Observations:

We suggest for our customers to book one of our Recommended properties. Our Recommended properties are typically scored at an 85 or above on the site Trustyou, determined by a score from customer reviews and our team, based on location, rating and value. They generally offer a higher standard of accommodation and are more centrally located.
We also do have a map available during the hotel selection portion of the booking process so that you can make sure your selected property is located right in the area you are interested in visiting.

►American Airlines seems a little behind the times. I would never chose to fly them for an international flight again.

As for the internal travel, I think you should offer more options like ferries. This seems to be the standard way to travel in between Helsinki and Stockholm. And the train from Oslo to Bergen.

Our Observations:

We do offer a variety of intercity transportation, not only flights. Ferries and trains are available between some cities, as well as the option to rent a car. All of our packages are fully customizable.
