►All four hotels we booked through Trip Masters were spacious, clean, and relatively central in the locations we travelled to. Being able to book all of our accommodations in one spot made booking my first international vacation a much smoother process than I expected it to be.

►The service at most of the hotels was excellent. One issue with a hotel room that would not allow us to enter using a passcard. After 1-1/2 hours and 2-3 maintenance workers trying to unlock the door and allow our party to enter their room (3rd night stay), it was finally opened. This hotel extended a partial credit for the stay send to our Trip Masters account. Accomodation requests were completed successfully. One activity was cancelled the day before and a credit was extended to Trip Masters for the paid activity (Irish Dance Tour).
