►The trip was great! Communication was strong. Would have been interested to know that the airline tickets purchased only count for half frequent flier miles and CANNOT be upgraded for any price. Limited options as I became pregnant after the flights were scheduled. Hotels were wonderful. Overall very good experience and would absolutely recommend.

►It was good except how the one letter mistake was handled. Only discovered weeks before departure. I booked this trip in Februrary, and no one caught it until just weeks before the trip.

We strongly advise looking at the names entered, to make sure they are as shown on your passport. Our quality control team will contact you should we believe there may be a discrepancy. That said, we are subject to the airlines` terms and conditions regarding this matter, and if any fees should be collected for the modifications that need to be made. This may take a bit of time to be done, as this is contingent on each airline involved (if there is more than one carrier in place).

►We were charged $25 per checked in luggage ($50 total) on our flight from Athens to Mykonos via Olympic Air. Unbeknownst to us, the fare booked did not include checked baggage allowance. However, there was no charge on the way back. Besides this hiccup, everything else went smoothly and an amazing trip overall!

Fares may or may not include baggage fees. Unfortunately, these charges are becoming an industry standard for regional flights in Europe, much as they have in the US between states. Baggage allowance does vary between airline carriers. We do have this noted on our vouchers so that you are prepared:

Our Observations:
The airlines are the ones that establish the minimum connection time, although our travel packages are fully customizable to fit each traveler`s needs. Our system will choose a default flight option first, which is typically the most cost-effective. However, customers can choose to look into different itinerary options, with longer layovers for instance, amongst other criteria such as airline carriers, departure and arrival times, and number of stopovers. We recommend 2-3 hrs for a layover.
