►Everything was perfect. Our 4 hotels were nice, especially A la in Venice. The trains were close to the hotels to walk to a couple of them. I would highly recommend tripmastrrs to all my friends and to be lucky enough to have Marivic Donato as their agent.

►Everything went according to plan. Hotels were very nice and all of them included breakfast, they were also located close to a train terminal, which made our traveling very easy. The only negative, but it wasn`t a big deal, is that in all the hotels we had to wait from 30 min to an hour for our room to be ready. We just left our luggage on the hotels and then walk around the area until our room was ready.

►We were very pleased with the hotels.
We had altered a pick up time for our transportation to the airport in Florence and this change didn't happen on the vendors end. We had to take a taxi to the airport.
