There isn't much else to do in Maspalomas but enjoy the fabulous coastline, but along the Costa Maspalomas you can visit the resorts of Aguila, Las Burras, San Agustin and Playa del Inglés. The actual resort of Maspalomas is very upmarket and is home to some luxury residences, hotels and the largest golf course on the island.
