►I have travelled several times with your company and would rate this last trip as C. The flight over was very cramped on British Airways even though I had upgraded our seats slightly. Our first hotel in Glasgow was awful. Our room was very small with no window. Hotel in Edinburgh was better as the one in London as well. I do not understand why we were given train tickets to a station that was far from our hotel. We had to pay almost 40 pounds to get to our hotel. Plane ride back on American was better not as cramped. I will think twice before booking another trip with you. Sorry but was very disappointed this time.

►Everything worked out just as we had hoped. The only snag was the hotel booked in Edinburgh, Scotland. It was far from the city centre and some of our plans/activities had to revolve around the bus schedule to get back and forth. Our other hotels had great locations.
