⚠ Announcement

►The Premier Inn turned out to be a disaster. The door at the building address was locked, with no directions to the entrance they use. After ten minutes of banging, a guest let me in The desk said they had no reservation for me. Turns out they listed me by my middle name which was only sorted out with a call to your helpline. There wasn't hot water for my shower in the morning. When I related these deficits on checkout, there was no apology, no comped breakfast, say. Just a shrug and continued staring at the computer screen. The staff needs a seminar on the concept of hospitality.

►When we found out there was an impending train strike in the UK we contacted Tripmasters to get ahead of the problem and make alternative arrangements. Tripmasters was offered no assistance whatsoever and said we would not be impacted. We were forced tobmake our own train reservations for the night before the strike as well as an additional nights stay in London. We caught the last train before the strike took effect. However because of Tripmasters inaction we had little choices but had to choose a room in the ibsis hotel and it was like a dorm. We will never use Tripmasters again.

►I`ve recommended your services to all my family and friends that loves or planning to travel. Most of them cannot believe the deal that you offer. It was our second time with using your services and will definitely do more in the future. Thanks and it was a pleasure again. I always feel I`m one if your marketing executive and spread the good word about the company.

►Do not recommend or use Jersey European Airline. Reason: While making a flight from (Belfast) to (Edinburgh) using Jersey Air, our carry-on luggage allotment size was largely reduced and checked oversized bags (golf clubs) were heavily charged. The total of four our four bags was $200. We could have flown BA for less with less restrictions.
Other than that, It was a great trip. Also, thanks for keeping us informed before and while we were on our trip. Thank you Tripmasters.

Our Observations:

Fares may or may not include baggage fees. Unfortunately, these are becoming an industry standard for regional flights in Europe, much as they have in the US between states. Baggage allowance does vary between airline carriers. We do have this noted on our vouchers so that you are prepared:
**Additional airline fees may apply at check-in
**The airline may charge additional fees for checked baggage or other optional services.
Travelers can filter their flight search on our website by a variety of criteria such as direct flights, number of stopovers, airline carrier and so on. It is also possible to block certain airlines from the search.

►The Liverpool hotel location very far! it took 40 minutes taxi ride from the City Center and the train station! I would have preferred to be closer to the action, very disappointed!

Our Observations:

We do recommend for our customers to book one of our "favorite" properties. They all score 85 and above on the site Trustyou. Our "Favorites" hotels list is determined by a score from customer reviews and our team, based on location, rating and value. They generally offer a higher standard of accommodation and are more centrally located.
Some properties do state how far they are from city center and train stations. This detail can be noted in the Property Description portion of the Booking Process.

►All went well except for parking. I had to pay almost 50 dollars a day when in London. When a trip is booked
with a car I believe TripMaster should suggest hotels that include parking.

►I was disappointed you were unable to book me a train from Liverpool UK to Glasgow, Scotland, and kept giving me options to fly to Dublin with a several hour delay. The train trip only took 3 hours. However it did involve changing trains.

The Virgin train with reserved seats booked from London to Liverpool was fantastic. Such a quiet and clean train service.

The Thistle Euston in London was the greatest hotel. A 1-2 minute walk from hotel to the primary London train station with entry to many buses, the National Rail Service and the tube (subway). In addition, this Euston station had everything you could need, including a pharmacy, currency exchange, pubs, restaurants, etc., so a short walk from the hotel gave you access to all of greater London. Thank you so much for suggesting this hotel. If I could give it 6 stars I would!

My final leg flight was canceled (Philadelphia to Albany) which was completely not your fault but put a rather dismal end and caused what should have been around 8 hours of travel into 15 hours returning.
