►Enjoyed all hotels except for Naples hotel. they had no air conditioning and gave us a fan. Other than that we were very pleased. Drivers picked us up on time. All hotels were ready for us and that was every important to us.

Our Observations:

We have received many complaints about the air conditioning during the months of April, May and June due to the regulations Europe has. These systems are regulated for the whole hotel, and are not always turned on until sometime in June. We understand this is not the same standards as Americans are used to. This is because Europeans are much more energy conscious, and do not have the same standards as American hotels. We do, however, track all of our customers' comments in order to better the products and services we offer. We will be passing this information along to our Hotel Selection Review Team for further evaluation. We are working on nothing more specifics on each hotel, but as you can imagine this is difficult due to the different cities and management per each property.

Our Observations:

We are always looking for new ideas on how to personalize or better our services. We realize there is always room for improvement and we appreciate all our clients feedback notes. These comments are constantly being reviewed by management to help us find new ways to enhance our customers travel experience.

►This is my second time to book my vacation through Tripmasters. Overall, I am satisfied. The transfers between different locations and airports were excellent. The drivers pick us up on time. Good job!
- Correra 241 Hotel in Naples is a good hotel:)
- Stelle Hotel in Naples is NOT good. This hotel charged us 14 Euros for staying two nights. I don't think it is a 4-star hotel.The overall impression for this hotel is not satisfied. It is located in a terrible part of Naples.
- Michelangelo Hotel is a good one:)
- Bussola Hotel in Capri Island is excellent:) I don't have to pay anything for this hotel, even the hotel tax:)
- We also booked some sightseeing activities in Sorrento:
a. Mt Vesuvius and Pompeii Tour by Bus from Sorrento is pretty good. This company
emailed me several times and gave clear instructions.
b. Amalfi Coast Day Trip from Sorrento was the WORST experience ever. There was not tour guide and the driver did not explain anything. I was excited to book this sightseeing and it should be our once in a lifetime experience, but this tour did such a poor job:( Please don't use this supplier anymore!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to say thank you Tripmasters. We will use you again for sure, but please pay attention to the quality of sightseeings that clients will add on. Moreover, I saw "Hotel Taxed Included" for all the hotel voucher, however, Bussola Hotel in Capri Island is the only one that didn't charge us extra hotel taxes.

Our Observations:

The star rating system itself is developed by each country. A 4 star hotel you would find in the US and in Europe would show some distinct variables. This is why we like to use the site TrustYou, to determine how hotels may be viewed by all types of travelers.
We suggest for our customers to book one of our Recommended properties. Our Recommended properties are typically scored at an 85 or above on the site Trustyou, determined by a score from customer reviews and our team, based on location, rating and value. They generally offer a higher standard of accommodation and are more centrally located. We do, however, track all of our customers` comments in order to better the products and services that we offer.
While all hotel taxes are included in your package price, there is a City Tourism Tax that is charged directly from the hotel locally. Unfortunately, this is something we have no control over. We do like to make sure though that this information is printed on the travel vouchers: `There is a city tourism tax that must be paid by the passenger directly to the hotel.
This tax is not included in your package price.
This tax depends on the star rating of your hotel and can range from 1 to 10 euros per person per night.
The higher the rating of your hotel, the higher the tax.`

►Some of the hotels did not live up to their star ratings. I wish the website was clearer on the locations of the hotels relative to the city center. Ground transportation was reliable and professional. Added activity was great as well.
