►We had an amazing trip! The hotels were great and close to attractions.
Hertz charged us for damage to our vehicle which was not accurate. We did not do any damage to the vehicle.
Direct flights would have been better but this is not Tripmaster's faut. We are so grateful for your company!

►All hotels were good, and we'd give them a B- to A except the room in Florence. Very small!! No lift to help with luggage. Was centrally located so that was definitely a plus! All travel went without a hitch. We needed to read the fine print so next time we can book our air travel with the ability to upgrade to another seat. No fault to Tripmasters.
The only thing we would change is the communication about car drop off fees. We changed our car from manual to automatic and were not told that the drop off fee was 5x higher than originally quoted.
Additionally, I needed to get a couple things clarified and the folks on the phone were very helpful and efficient.
We recommend Tripmasters to anyone who wants a flexible, inclusive option to travel! We will be using them again!!

►Finally a vacation that went off without a hiccup! Do recommend buying a SIM card for your cell phone if it is unlocked from vodaphone, was like 2 for $50 for talk, texting and data, needed it mostly to use for gps for the month in Italy.

The car rental and airport transfers went well also.
