In Akko, these sites were built on top of the ruins of the Crusader structures. Acre is a great place to visit and explore. As well as the amazing history the city can boast, the Old City has a large number of incredibly popular Arabic style restaurants specializing in fresh fish and seafood caught daily by the local fishermen.
