►Every thing and everyone was absolutely amazing. We could not have asked for a better trip. This was our 2nd exceptional vacation with your company. Thank you so much.

►Hotels were ok and all of the people were outstanding. Needed to do more homework on hotels in Athens. Our room had no windows and was in a rough part of Athens. Flights out to Greece were fine(Business Class). The return home a different matter. Found our Santorini Flight(Iberia Air - Business Class) was cancelled with no notification. So we were left at the airport at 1:15am wondering what to do next. We contacted Tripmasters(who always provides a live agent quickly and asked what our next step should be? Tripmasters worked with the airlines(Finnair with Iberia Air as the operating airline. Tripmasters let us know that Iberia had is holding our next day reservations and to contact Iberia to have them release the old ticket for the new one. So we called Iberia air who said they could not help because the seats were non-refundable. They said that Tripmasters reserved our business class seats but we had to pay an additional $2,200.00($1,100.00 ea) to retain these seats. We had no choice but to pay. So in the end, the airline canceled our flight, charged us $2,200.00 to keep the same seats for the next day. No hotel provided so we paid an additional $220.00 for our hotel room and an extra $150.00 in taxi fares. This is not to mention our food. I did purchase travel insurance and i fully expect our insurance to cover us. I do expect when these types of situations occur that all i need to do is make one phone call to Tripmasters and all would be taken care of. This was not the case and I felt i have to drive the changes to get home. Very bad experience.

►Every part of our trip was wonderful! Tripmasters seemed `to good to be true` as they helped us with booking and rebooking our trip due to COVID-19 restrictions. They made sure every detail was covered and communicated with us. I highly recommend Tripmasters and I will use them again whenever possible!

I would like to say that Rizalinda Barra, the associate who assisted us in building our customized trip was exceptional!!! She was patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating in every way. She made building our multi-city vacation for 5 people seamless and easy to plan.
