►This is the fourth trip I booked with Tripmasters. The trips were easy to book. For this trip, the airfare, hotels, ground transportation, and tours reservations were completed without any issues. Will book again with this company.

►I liked that I was able to customize all my hotels, tours and transportation. We didn't want to rent a car, so I booked hotels that were within walking distance of our tour pick up locations. This took a lot of stress off our plates as to worrying about getting to these locations on time. We also were either walking distance to train locations or easy cab ride to airports, so that added to the ease of our trip.

►Trip Masters did an excellent job of coordinating the various hotels and travel connections and provided constant reminders along the journey; however, some of the hotels were very much lacking in my estimation, as far as comfort levels. I should have checked the comments carefully before selecting the suggested hotels. The Point A Hotel in Glasgow, Scotland offered rooms without windows which felt very claustrophobic and uncomfortable. I learned on this trip that I need to pack lightly since some hotels do not have lifts.

►Booked flights, hotels, and rental cars. All were good. The only issue is that although we booked a driving vacation, several of the accommodations were placed in dense downtown areas with limited and/or expensive parking. I didn't notice until it was too late to change. Sometimes it's worth it to get a central location but other times it's not. It would have been helpful if the agent had highlighted the issue at the beginning so we could have taken it into consideration before finalizing the booking.

Our observations:

We do suggest booking from our list of Recommended properties. Our Recommended properties are typically scored at an 85 or above on the site Trustyou, determined by a score from customer reviews and our team, based on location, rating and value. They generally offer a higher standard of accommodation and are more centrally located.

►We had an overall good trip. Now the problem comes when you have a bag on all your plane tickets but one and have to pay an extra $105 to continue on your way.

Our Observations:

Baggage fees for regional flights between European countries are becoming an industry standard, much as they have in the US between states. Baggage allowance does vary between airline carriers. We have noted it on our vouchers: Additional airline fees may apply at check-in, and, The airline may charge additional fees for checked baggage or other optional services.
