►Premier Inn River Ness Hotel was not up to par. Dingy, understaffed and poor service. Everything else was wonderful!

►We have done 2 trips through you and both were great. Thank you for making it so easy.

►Hotels were fabulous. Transportation was iffy. Flights to Scotland were wonderful. Train ride from Edinburgh to Inverness was a nightmare. We did not get what we paid for at all. It created a health crisis for me. We had no notification that our train was canceled. We were put on another later, longer train and not allowed our first class seating. That was booked because of health problems. We had no access to food or water and a much longer trip (also, cramped seats and no room for us on the packed train and missing evening activities). Train ride back was excellent. Plane back to the US was late and we were notified too late to change our car service. Then they rebooked our connection that made us have to sit for 7 hours in an airport and getting home exhausted and late. I would say that half of the travel was wonderful and half was a "never again" situation.

►You guys messed up my train tickets and I have opened a claim and never heard back from you and haven't gotten my $200+ back. We paid for a 2 stop flight for the return and you guys changed it to 3 stop and didn't refund us any money for that either.

►The United airline international flight was really horrid. We'll never fly it again. It was the shortest flight time and the least expensive and now we know why. The plane was so old with very uncomfortable, old seats and this is even after we upgraded to Comfort+. The trains to and from cities were totally fine. But beware, 1st class is reserved seating with reserved luggage space. 2nd class is a free for all and when it is busy, luggage space gets REAL tight. One Tree Hill is a lovely hotel just on the edge of Old Town. It was a perfect location. The staff is quite lovely. Note: the "king" beds are a european king (equivalent to an American queen size bed) but very comfortable. Trafford Bank Bed & Breakfast is a good location if you seek quiet. The Floral Room was very, very big and comfy with a big king bed and a huge bathroom and tub. The outside gardens are lovely to sit in, too. Inverness is a smaller town and if you are not driving, you do need to schedule taxis, so be aware of this. It is only a 10 minute walk to the river but after a very long, exhaustive day of hiking the the highlands, we just wanted dinner and bed. Once we figured out we needed to schedule taxis, it was easy to do. (Uber does not exist in Inverness.) Bonham Hotel is really quite beautiful and the staff are lovely. The king beds are true kings and very comfy. There is quite the art collection throughout! Bonham is in New Town which is a very quick Uber to all the sites but it is not walking distance.

►First hotel in Edinbrough was great! Innverness B&B fabulous! Holiday Inn near Airport- glad we were just there for the night- nothing nearby for sure. No gym- would have been nice as we had a long flight the next day to have moved a little with the gym. Flights were great too- all smooth with no problems.
