►When we were booking, the price increased by about $500 during check out. This made us wary about the reliability of the company and we hoped the bookings would be legitimate and of the promised quality.
As it turns out, everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. One hotel (Florence Dome Hotel) gave us only one bed instead of two but all other reservations were exactly as requested.
Customer service leading up to the trip was excellent and very helpful. The app was very professional and built our confidence in the company. Maybe release that to the customer sooner.

►This was the best trip I had BY FAR! You all did a phenomenal job organizing the whole trip! The only thing I would recommend is advising the customers to be sure to validate their train tickets. My mother and I had to pay a 60 euro fine for not validating our tickets. Ither than that the trip was perfect! It exceeded my exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much! I've already reached out to family members about Tripmasters. You guys are awesome!

►Everything that European Destinations arranged for us worked beautifully. I particularly enjoyed having a selection of hotels to choose from.
When we traveled to the Cinqua Terre, I chose the Grand Hotel Porto Venere. It was magnificent. I recommend that anyone who chooses that hotel, you tell them about the ferry service from Porto Venere to the Cinque Terre.

►Everything about the trip was once again perfect (almost). This is why I use your company and book with Vicky Rodriguez too. I was a bit concerned with our night stay in Florence this time. We have always had great rooms and this last one was not up to even economy standards. The hotel looked nice, the pictures looked fine but when we were shown our room I thought we were in an entirely different place. The hotel staff was so nice and very helpful. I would not want to sleep in a room like that again though.
We will be booking our next trip with you soon. I recommend your company to everyone I talk with about our travels.
