►Hotels were great, transportation okay, tours were fair, and your services excellent. One point on the flights is that apparently low price gets you the back of the plane along with screaming kids, poor seating space, and last off the plane. And the tours, especially the Duomo in Florence was just a climb to the top of the dome, not a tour of the main floor. Waste of time. All the tours had people from the various providers on site when we arrived. They were courteous and helpful in every case, especially the day tour to Cinque Terre. Trains were excellent but I`d like to suggest you include in your info the fact that departure platforms are not correct until ten minutes before the train is scheduled for departure. We missed one train going from Rome to Florence and had to buy new tickets because we did not know platform assignments were not confirmed until too late.
