⚠ Announcement

►We had requested to be picked up at the airport when we arrived and taken back at the end of our trip. When we got to the airport, no one was there, leaving us stranded. Upon reaching out, we were told that the transportation was set up on March 15th, from the train station to the hotel, the day before we flew home. This made no sense since the hotel was actually located in the train station. It would have taken longer for a car to come and drive us. We were refunded $112 which is outrageous for such a ride, even if it was needed. The hotel in the airport was not good. The service and location were both awful. In addition, the train that was booked from Brussells to Antwerp turned out to be a mess as well. There was a train station right near the hotel. Instead, we were scheduled to go to a train station 30 minutes away, only for that train to stop at the initial train station we were close to. It made the entire experience an unnecessary ordeal. Based on results, Tripmasters did not make things any easier. We would have been better off doing everything ourselves. The purpose of using this service was to make the trip seamless, which didn't turn out to be the case.

►Hotels were fine. I know Icelandair is inexpensive but they offer only meals for sale. The trip to Belgium was great and memorable.

►On Brussel the Taxi never showed up to pick up at the hotel, I was there at 6:20 am his schedule time was 6:25am, I was waiting until 7am, I need you to refund me this charge. My fly from Barcelona to LA was cancelled, very bad experience,

►It was easy to build a multi-city itinerary (flights, hotels, transfers) using the TripMasters website. I liked being able to modify flights and adjust hotels to suit our needs. All vouchers were received in advance. Email and text communication was helpful when our flight was delayed. Once in Europe, we used information and recommendations from the TripMasters App that was personalized for our vacation. We would definitely use TripMasters again!

►On my 4th TripMasters adventure, I was alone in Antwerp, Belgium on the day of the terrorist attacks and scheduled to arrive at the attacked airport for departure three days later. After learning of the incident, I entered TripMasters chat room and connected with Rochelle who was able to cancel my upcoming Brussels hotel stay, contact the airline to reschedule my flight from Brussels to Amsterdam, Holland without any penalties. It's awesome to know TripMasters continued to support me and help me through what could have been a horrific experience for a solo traveler. I can't recommend one change to Tripmaster. Give Rochelle a hug for me!
