This is the second time we have used tripmasters to plan our vacations. We went to Portugal in December and had a wonderful time. The hotels were all excellent. The service was good, they were clean, and centrally located. The trip masters team was easy to work with to arrange everything.

Regarding to the two hotels I stayed in Lisbon, I liked The Expo Artoria better than Florida. The bathroom of the Hotel Florida was so small. Especially getting into the bath tab/shower was so narrow that anyone over 200 pound probably either can`t or very hard to get in. Or, guests who have a problem(s) with knee, foot or leg should not be able to use it. However, the room is clean and confortable.
The hotel in Lagos was nice and confortable... large room, large bathroom and a pool directly accessible from the room.
The people who work/own the hotel were nice, friendly and informative. I like them a lot.
Please senf someone to the Hotel Florida and get the room (at least) #820, and tell the florida not to assign the room to the guests I mensioned above. It will be a good business for both Florida and Trip Master.
