Hotels were great especially Borges Chiado; friendly and helpful staffs, but most of all breakfast was included! It`s centrally located near the Metro, Tram, restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions are all within walking distance.
Baltum Hotel in Albufeira was nice too, it`s at the centre of everything. The only negative thing was that the breakfast was not included (so far, all of our TripMasters vacation had breakfast included).

Only issue was returning the car to Faro at 4a for our 6a flight. It was difficult to figure out where to leave it and how to leave the keys. Need more obvious directions on what to do especially for those early flights when no one is around to ask questions.
Otherwise we had a magnificent time!! It was great.

Everything worked our perfectly, no issues with transportation, hotels, rental car, vouchers and details were all as planned. The hotels we stayed at were adequate and staff was always friendly. The rental car company was easy and quick. Everything was to our satisfaction and what we expected. We would absolutely book another vacation through Tripmasters!

Give a better explanation on rent a car.the free included rent a car land up costing over 200 euros.was not happy.
