►This website is a wonderful way to start planning a vacation to a new destination. It made us possible to plan a perfect itinerary. At one point the airlines cancelled our return flight and Trip Masters made it less painful by alternating our return via a different flight. Hotels booked through the website were also good and convenient. I recommended this website to 3 other friends and they all had good and well planned trips.

►Both hotels were very clean in Geneva and in Zurich. The front desk staff was okay and could speak very good English. The Swiss Airlines was terrible though service wise. The flight coming back to Los Angeles was delayed.

►Hotels were great. There was no issue with reservation at any connection or hotels. Only one issue was with the reservation for my son when coming back to Charlotte was not found. I am not sure if it was the issue on Airlines or European Destinations. They took about 30-40 mins time and finally gave us the boarding passes for my son but wanted to let you know. If we were late at least by 30 mins, we would have missed our flight.

►We were very disappointed with Adi Poliziano Fiera hotel in Milan. It was rated 4star but really was no better than 2 star.
The rooms were very outdated, old, not clean, green ripped carpet, 12" tv, roms were not dusted well, no coffee maker or a kettle in the room, no iron..
not centrally located..
I wish we knew that and would change the hotel.
Two other hotels we booked were great, above expectations.
