►We have been very satisfied and recommended you to many of our friends! We have used your company for our last ten overseas trips at least! You make travel very affordable for us! We have always been very satisfied!
You have always been there with help if needed. We have had to use your insurance service only once and were very pleased with that service.
This is the very first time in all our trips that our flight from Salt Lake City to Barcelona was not up to par. No way you could know... our flight was on Delta and we love Delta, but this plane was older and things weren`t working up to par, We realize this is beyond your control, but that is why I am giving `flights` listed below , not a high ranking.

►Really the trip was great from start to finish. Good flights, better than expected hotels. The only thing that would have helped would be more communication regarding what to expect regarding when and how to confirm travel documents between time of booking and travel, but even that was well done as I did get an email reminder the week prior. Overall was very pleasantly surprised.

►The hotels and tours were wonderful. Staff and accommodations were perfect. I would choose wiser with airline bookings. Delta is a horrible airline. Their seats are tight and not cleaned properly. Air France is much better but the connection was to tight and we almost missed our flight. Our luggage did not make it back with us due to this close connection. We have used European destinations for the last 3 European trips and have actually recommended it to family who are using it on their vacation this summer.
Overall I was happy and Sydney Lucas has helped us book in the past and is very helpful. I will mention my preferences about airlines next time I book just to make the experience extremely satisfied.
