I wasn't too pleased with hotel mogador. It was very tiny and the walls paper thin. One night we came in after midnight the receptionist was already sleeping, door was locked we had to wait for him to open the door. He didn't look too pleased. We felt like we were crashing at somebody's house. The room had a strong mold smell, the white towels were brown. The bathroom had left over liquid soap and shampoo. Thank God we brought our own. Overall the trip was great, it was our first time in europe and all the details were planned by trip masters with no hiccups. Citizen M in london was great. We will definitely continue using trip masters for our future vacations.

For our trip, from Venice to Marco Polo airport, there were no accommodations and all options were challenging to book and quite expensive. This was mid-trip and an unexpected hurdle for us being in a foreign country. Venice doesn't have cars or uber/taxi so this ended up, after trying and failing to book with Viator, costing 175 euro. Besides the money, it was nerve-wracking to organize on such short notice.
