►Everything went well. Nice hotels, friendly, great breakfasts, great locations.

Only three problems. I was not notified of a change in car rental companies. When we arrived in Dubrovnik I did not have a car with the original company and was told my trip reservations were totally canceled. As you can imagine, this caused quite a bit of stress. It Itook about 4 hours to find out that we had been booked with a different car agency and that our reservations for the entire trip had not been canceled.

The second problem was with the reservation for the Ferry to Split. We were booked for four passengers but not a car. The ferry we were booked on would not take cars. We had to rebook a reservation on our own to also include the car. But, we were not reimbursed for the fares that had been previously paid to your company in advance.

Finally the hotel in Opatija did not have parking so we had to park in a private lot many blocks away from the hotel. And this was the only hotel where we were treated rudely, was run down and had poor quality food. I would not recommend this hotel to other visitors.

Accept for those few incidence, we were very happy with trip and met a lot of great people, had good food, good experiences, and great memories. Treatment at all the other hotels was 5 star and very enjoyable.

►Clients really need to check that hotel location suits their needs. Info regarding coffee shop, market, close by restaurant would be very helpful when renting an apartment.
