November - March

The winter months bring some of the coldest weather to Israel with days of rain and even snowfall in the northern regions of Golan and sometimes in Jerusalem. Some parts of the country experience temperatures below freezing and other areas are still warm enough to visit the beaches in Eilat and the Dead Sea area. Heavy showers are common during the month of November. Winter is also a slower travel season making this a good time to visit.

Events and Festivals
