Begin the afternoon with a pleasant lunch in any of the charming streetside cafes found throughout town or enjoy a scenic lunch at one of the many beach restaurants. Afterward, we recommended that you get acquainted with the city by strolling the beautiful Vieil Antibes (Old Town) on the Baie des Anges. The cobblestone streets and alleyways are an inviting place for a leisurely walk while admiring the little boutiques, gourmet food shops, seaside views, stone buildings, and elegant fountains. After taking in the charming historic atmosphere, take the coastal walk that begins at the ramparts of the Old Town. The footpath follows a winding pathway around the rocky headland along the small freshwater creeks and continues until the tip of Capd`Antibes at the Villa Eilenroc. This walk will offer extraordinary panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

As night approaches make your way to one of the many famous restaurants in Juan les Pins, and if you have the energy after dinner, take in the vibrant nightlife that the area has to offer with an array of wine bars, casinos, and high-end nightclubs.

Day 2 in Juan les Pins

Start the day off early and with a boat trip to The Lerins Islands. You`ll feel a world away from the mainland buzz with quiet natural beauty all around. We recommend taking a tour of one of these islands, such as Sainte-Marguetite Island where you can discover the Fort Royal which was once a prison in the 17th-century.

Once you arrive back on the mainland, head over to the Musee Picasso located in the Chateau Grimaldi, an impressive stone castle on the Mediterranean Sea dating back to the 14th-century. Once Picasso`s studio, it now houses an outstanding collection of Picasso`s famous works. The museum also has an extensive collection of contemporary art from the 20th and 21st century.

After a busy day of sightseeing, head over to the Promenade du Soleil for a beautiful sunset on the beach. Enjoy a beautiful stroll on the promenade taking in all Juan les Pins has to offer. There are plenty of beach restaurants for delicious dinner options. The Promenade is also lined with boutiques selling all kinds of jewelry, art, and handcrafted goods.

The water is an incredible shade of blue, and there are numerous bars and restaurants set on the beautiful sandy beach where you can sit back and watch life go by. If you are looking for a more low-key beach atmosphere head south of the main Juan le Pins beach where there are many small sandy bays and beaches. These beaches allow you to escape the traditional tourist areas and are often where you`ll find more of the locals.

Enjoy your last night in Antibes where the options for bars and restaurants are endless. Antibes has a style all of its own, blending some of the best in fine dining, incredible views and a varied nightlife that will appeal to anyone.
