How do I find my driver at the airport?

In most cases your driver will be waiting in front of your arrival gate, once you have gone through customs with a sign bearing the lead name of your party. This may however vary depending on your airport and the service you have booked, so it is important to follow the Airport Instructions on your Transfer Voucher, which give you full details.

What happens if I cannot find my driver?

Having ensured that you have correctly followed the Airport Instructions on your Transfer Vouchers,  please call the contact number also supplied on your Transport Voucher. If that is not successful, please catch a taxi to your hotel and keep your receipt. Contact TripMasters at Contact@Tripmasters or through the chat on our webpage as soon as you can. We will require your taxi receipt to expedite a refund to your credit card as soon as possible.

What happens if my flight is delayed and I cannot find my driver?

Currently, transport companies allow a one hour window for waiting to pick up passengers at the airport. If you have been delayed, the very first thing is to contact the phone number in your voucher to see if your driver can be called back to the airport to pick you up. If that is not successful, please catch a taxi to your hotel and keep your receipt. Contact TripMasters at Contact@Tripmasters or through the chat on our webpage as soon as you can. We will require your taxi receipt to expedite a refund to your credit card as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, due to flight delays and schedule changes today, once you commence travel, it is almost impossible to re-schedule a transfer.

How long will I have to wait at the airport?

If you have booked a Private Transfer your driver should be ready to depart as soon as your party has arrived. Where flights arrive on time the goal is to leave within 45 minutes of meeting your driver.

If you have booked a Shared Transfer, you will be scheduled to travel with other passenger arriving on flights at a similar time to your own. As soon as all these passengers have arrived you will be transported as directly as possible to your destination.

If you have booked a Scheduled Shared Transfer, the vehicle will leave at the time stated on your Transport Voucher.

I have lost my luggage. Will the driver collect it for me later?

All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your hotel address.If you encounter this situation, it is important that you find your driver and explain what is going on, so that he can wait for you.

I have lots of luggage, will there be room?

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with TripMasters prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Can we stop off at the supermarket or to pick up property keys en route?

Only by prior arrangement with your agent (see your Voucher for contact details) and only if you are travelling by Private Transfer. Subject to availability, additional supplements may apply.

Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?

Private Transfers are normally direct and door-to-door. Shared Transfers and Scheduled Shared Transfers may be subject to brief stops to collect or drop-off other clients, or as part of the scheduled service.

Does the driver speak English?

In most cases drivers speak English, although scheduling requirements may mean that occasionally a non-English speaking driver may carry out a transfer.

Does the transfer vehicle have seat belts?

All smaller group transfers, those services supplied in cars and minibuses, are supplied in vehicles with seat belts. Larger buses may not have seat belts. All transport supplied is in line with local regulations.

What time will I be picked up at the hotel for my transfer to the airport?

Depending on the city that you are at, and the distance of the hotel from the airport, the time that you are picked up will vary greatly, based on traffic conditions and the airport itself. Ideally, you should be at the airport between 2 to 3 hours before the departure of your flight.

Do I need to re-confirm my pick up the night before departure?

It is very important that you contact the transfer company and re-confirm your transfer pick up. Note that you can ask the staff at the front desk to do it for you. At that time, your scheduled pick up time will be confirmed.

Where will the driver pick me up?

The driver will meet you at the hotel lobby at the designated time.

What do I do if for some reason my driver does not show up?

If for some unforeseen reason, your driver is not there, the very first thing is to contact the phone number in your voucher to see if your driver is on his way.
